Studio Policies

  • Off the Ground Ink Deposit Policy:

    • Deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstances

    • Customers have the option to reschedule once, provided I give a 48-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.*

    • Should the appointment day be rescheduled beyond a period of three months from the original date, the artist's rate may be subject to change.*

    • Failure to provide advance notice and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to forfeiture of your deposit or the need to reschedule.*.

    • For custom work. The deposit applies to the initially requested design. Opting for a complete change in the concept or style (excluding simple modifications) will incur an additional deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited.*

  • Off the Ground Ink Shop Policy:

    • All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo from our studio, or at least 16 with a parent or legal guardian's written consent.

    • It is mandatory for clients to be sober during their tattoo appointment. No exceptions will be made.

    • While registered service animals are welcome, no other pets or animals are permitted in the studio.

    • Our studio has a zero-tolerance policy towards tattoos that are gang-affiliated, discriminatory, derogatory, or considered inappropriate or offensive by our artists.

    • Before receiving a tattoo, all clients will be required to sign our Tattoo Waiver acknowledging the risks and responsibilities associated with the tattooing process.

    • While we welcome guests, they may not be permitted to accompany clients during the tattooing process. We have a designated waiting area for the comfort of our clients' companions.
