Off the Ground Ink Deposit Policy:
Deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstances
Customers have the option to reschedule once, provided I give a 48-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.*
Should the appointment day be rescheduled beyond a period of three months from the original date, the artist's rate may be subject to change.*
Failure to provide advance notice and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to forfeiture of your deposit or the need to reschedule.*.
For custom work. The deposit applies to the initially requested design. Opting for a complete change in the concept or style (excluding simple modifications) will incur an additional deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited.*

Off the Ground Ink Shop Policy:
All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo from our studio, or at least 16 with a parent or legal guardian's written consent.
It is mandatory for clients to be sober during their tattoo appointment. No exceptions will be made.
While registered service animals are welcome, no other pets or animals are permitted in the studio.
Our studio has a zero-tolerance policy towards tattoos that are gang-affiliated, discriminatory, derogatory, or considered inappropriate or offensive by our artists.
Before receiving a tattoo, all clients will be required to sign our Tattoo Waiver acknowledging the risks and responsibilities associated with the tattooing process.
While we welcome guests, they may not be permitted to accompany clients during the tattooing process. We have a designated waiting area for the comfort of our clients' companions.
